Cancellation and No Show Policy:

  • Cancellation available 48 hours prior the service. You must contact our team for support to get a 100% refund.
  • In case the cancellation occurs in less than 48 hours prior the service, there will be No Refund.
  • Refund will not apply in case the passengers do not show.

Delay Flight Insurance.

All passengers have the delayed flight insurance in All private services, as long the flight number and airline name are provided. Otherwise, this insurance won’t be applicable.

It consists in your flight monitoring, for a real time Royal Pickup Private Transfer.

Private Transfers from Hotel

You must be 10 minutes before the Royal Pickup time.
If your flight schedule is changed, it is your responsability to inform our team 24 hours before the service.

Changes may apply in the last 24 hours contacting our team. Changes in the last 24 hours are Not Guaranteed.


You can pay through our website with OpenPay, Paylpal or Cash on Arrival.

Lost Items

Royal Pickup is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Verify your belongings before you leave to avoid bad experiences, it is your responsability.

In case you forget any belonging, please report it directly to our office. If any member of our team finds it, we will let you know. Remember other customers use the vehicle too, so our Operators will not held any responsability.

Last Minute Reservations.

Reservations 5 hours or less prior to arrival (same day to arrive) require confirmation via phone, otherwise the service cannot be guaranteed. In case the service is not provided, you won’t be charged.
